Transitional Care Center
Our rehab center is staffed with a dynamic and caring team of clinical professionals that work in unison with licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists. As a Medicare Certified, Medicaid Approved skilled nursing center, Ringgold offers 24-hour nursing care provided by licensed, certified, and long-tenured staff.
Therapy Services
Having trouble adapting at home or recovering from a sports injury? We offer outpatient Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapies. Available for transitional, outpatient, and long term care patients.
Special Care Unit
The Ringgold Special Care Unit is a center for clinically complex male and female residents. This 40 bed unit provides specialized care for male and female residents who have been diagnosed with mental illness and other related behavior disorders.

Center for Clinically Complex Residents
Some studies have indicated that 18-25 percent of older adults in the community have mental health needs. (Mental Health/Aging Advocacy Project.) We recognize the unique individual needs of each resident who is experiencing mental illness and other related behavior disorders and provide the necessary services to enhance and maintain their cognitive functions.
The Ringgold Special Care Unit is a center for clinically complex male and female residents. This 40 bed unit provides specialized care for male and female residents who have been diagnosed with mental illness and other related behavior disorders. Our secure and specialized unit offers the following services:
- 24/7 Medical and Psychiatric Care
- Regular Monitoring of medications
- Individualized Care Plans and Goals
- Specifically Trained Staff
- Daily Therapeutic Activities
- Secure Courtyard
Transitional Care Center
Short and Long Term Rehabilitation Center
Our rehab center is staffed with a dynamic and caring team of clinical professionals that work in unison with licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists.
We offer a variety of comprehensive rehabilitation programs focusing on post hospital recovery, orthopedic, neurologic, pulmonary and other medically complex conditions that allow patients to return to their previous level of functioning following an injury, illness or accident.
